“Attention to all the citizens of Sakio City. This is an important bulletin of news.”
Zenko and Fuumi stopped moving at the same time, listening to what was going on at the news channel.
“This could be important, Fuumi said.
- I hope it’s not another cat stuck in a tree, Zenko answered.”
A photo appeared on the TV screen while the guy started talking. It was the picture of a girl who was wearing Sakio’s general high school uniform.
“A young girl named Yoko Minura disappeared all of a sudden while she was at the bathroom. It seems like she screamed just before her disappearance but there was no sign of aggression or sign that someone kidnapped her. She’s still missing. A squad of the police is actually searching her all over the city but she doesn’t seem to be here.”
Both of the girls looked at each other. It WAS more serious than a simple cat. Zenko turned off the TV and returned to what she was doing before that creepy new.
“Those kind of thing totally freak me out, she said while opening a book.”
Fuumi walked a little in the living room, and then decided to go to the bathroom to check if there were any “monsters” or anything. Hesitant, she waited a bit outside and finally pushed the door. She passed in front of the mirror and had nothing else to do than stop to see her reflection. Suddenly, she screamed.
“Fuumi, if it is a joke, it’s not fu--, Zenko said while coming in the bathroom and seeing the reflection of her friend in the mirror. Oh my god! You would have made a pretty boy!
- Haha…Well, You would have made a good one too.”
Both of the girls screamed. In the mirror, it wasn’t them! It was… Sort of copies of them but… in a male version! Zenko tried to touch the glass but her hand totally passed through it, like if it was water.
“Uwahhh! Help me! I don’t want to lose my arm!
- Don’t panic! I’m coming!”
Unfortunately, she didn’t have the time to help her. She totally disappeared in the mirror. Fuumi, alone in the bathroom, fainted.

It was nothing like she felt before. The girl was falling, like if there was a world behind the mirror of the bathroom. When she finally hit the ground, the world around her was nothing that she's ever seen before. It was like a big kingdom of polished ice and stone. She looked around for a moment but started to panic.
“Fuumiii? Where are you?”
There was a big echo in this place. Fuumi never appeared. But the two guys of the mirror were talking together, in the corner of the room.
“Now that I can take the place of Zenko, said her reflection, I’m going to push the other one in.
- OK. I’ll wait here for her.”

When she opened her eyes, Fuumi didn’t see her friend but a guy looking just like the girl.
“No…This can’t be... She said quietly. This must be a dream!
- Nope. It isn’t, answered the guy.”
Fast, he lifted the girl, threw her in the ‘Mirror World’ and, satisfied, waited for the apparition of his friend, who came right after the waves of the glass disappeared.
“Now that we’re free, this world’s going to suffer, said the reflection of Zenko.”

Fuumi fell not really far of her friend, in the other world. Zenko helped her to stand up and they started to walk across the room. Suddenly, a freaky creature appeared in front of them, leaving the two girls in a total stupefaction. The beast was black with a neutral mask and was slowly moving around like a big mud puddle. It was really disgusting.
“What is this thing? Asked Zenko.
- Dunno. But it seems like it’s going to attack!”
The beast roared and tried to hit Zenko but, at the last minute, she moved to avoid the attack. Both of the girls looked at each other again and, in the same voice, said only one word :
“Per…So…Na…”
At this time, something really strange happened. A necklace appeared in their left hand and there was a big explosion of energy. Two other beasts came to sight. They were magnificent and glorious, like if a light hale was surrounding them. In one mutual blow, they hit the evil beast and she died. The two ‘personae’ disappeared, like if they had never existed.
Finally, they looked around a little and found an exit to the outside world…

Fuu, the reflection of Fuumi, was the first one to see that the two girls had found a way to get out of the mirror.
“Dammit! We’re disappearing! Those two bitches are coming!
- Argh! Well. I think that it’ll be for another time.
- Yes. Now that they know our existence, they’ll like to know all about us.”

Fuumi went out of the mirror the first one, totally shocked, and Zenko followed.
“What was that? Asked Fuumi.
- I don’t know. But…IT WAS AWESOME!
- What are you talking about? No it wasn’t!
- Well. I know that those creepy reflections want us dead but…”
Fuumi wasn’t listening. She entered in the living room sat on a couch.
“And what if we were born to kill those monsters, Zenko said, if it was our duty?
- Maybe it is…
- Just the two of us?
- Maybe not.
- So we have to find other people who have this power!
- You’re probably right. But let’s do this tomorrow: I’m really tired…”
